Parents will be informed of any concerns about their child's progress. Staff will; through their assessments identify areas where support is needed. Specific programmes of work will be devised and recorded on an Individual Education Plan (IEP). If it is required other assessments will be undertaken with parental permission to ensure the best provision is secured. All pupils may, at some time have difficulties, and staff should be aware of these transitory problems and provide for them accordingly. Having identified children with particular needs, all staff will follow the school SEND policy and procedure.
We are an inclusive school and pupils with additional needs receive specialised support and small group work to meet their individual needs. The school has full disabled access.
